Our Return Policy
At Cabo Créme, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. This policy applies only to products that were purchased on cabocreme.com.
Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase, per that retailer's return policy. The cost of the original shipping is not refundable.
Eligibility Requirements:
Products must be unopened and in the original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g. order number, receipt, etc.)
Return Process:
Contact customer service at jill@cabocreme.com. Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions. Pack the product securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exclusions:
Products purchased through third-party websites or resellers.
Products that have been opened or used.
Products that are damaged or altered.
